David Guest hired the Entity, LLC (Vincent and Frank joint company) to obtain sponsorships for his New Years Eve Concert at the Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2003.  The Charity aspect was to provide donation for US Troops serving in the war or returned.  David Guest needed to raise funds to assist in the Concert taking place, apparently an issue. Michael Jackson and David Gest had a joint account with funds in the account from the Michael Jackson's 30th Anniversary Concert that David Gest produced.

The unknown variable is critical.  In order for David Gest to withdraw much needed funds from a joint bank account with Michael Jackson, he wrote a letter to Michael Jackson stating the charity element was for the concert to raise money for High School Students. David Gest disclosed to Vincent the charity element was for supporting our troops.

In order to engage Michael Jackson children were used by David Gest (See Letter Below) under the premise for charity to extract funds from their joint bank account.  A common pattern amongst associates to use children.  Michael moves when children are involved.
